Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full Time Ponderosa Villa |
Crawford, NE Schedule:
5am - 5pm Ponderosa Villa is actively seeking a Full-Time LPN to join our compassionate care team. About the Role As a LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting our nursing team by safely administering medications, monitoring residents, and ensuring accurate documentation-while building meaningful relationships with those in your care. Responsibilities Administer routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) in accordance with physician orders and facility policy Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to support resident needs Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management Collect samples for testing as directed Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Benefits Flexible schedule with work-life balance Shift Differential Gas Stipend Requirements Active Nebraska LPN License High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology
