- 2:00-10:00 PM Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE.

Ideal candidates will have: An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state. A strong focus on resident care, safety, and quality outcomes. Excellent communication skills with residents, families, providers, and team members. Ability to stay organized and respond calmly when priorities change. Strong attention to detail with documentation, medication administration, and follow-through. A collaborative, team-first approach to nursing care. Confidence leading and supporting the care team during assigned shifts. Previous long-term care, post-acute, hospital, senior living, or similar experience preferred. Education & Credentials Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Nebraska or a compact state required. Physical & Other Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed. Must be flexible, calm, and professional in changing or stressful situations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Must be able to utilize technology and clinical resources efficiently and effectively.
