This role supports a skilled nursing and long-term care facility by providing night shift LPN coverage across a rotating schedule of 3×12-hour shifts. The position offers a consistent 3×12 night schedule with rotating weekends in Coleridge, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients during night shifts Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with medication administration and treatment plans Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing Minimum 1 year travel nursing experience Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends
