Job Description

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for 3p-11p part-time shifts in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents across varying levels of need, including assisted living and nursing care. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will support residents and families with respect and dignity, help maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a culture focused on compassion, community, and professional growth. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents during 3p-11p shift Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Document care accurately in electronic or paper records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans Communicate with residents and families with compassion and respect Support CNAs and other staff; delegate tasks appropriately Maintain infection control and safety protocols Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate procedures Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life Required Skills Clinical nursing assessment Medication administration Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Care planning Wound care basics Infection control practices IV therapy and injections (per license) Resident and family communication Time management and prioritization Supervision and delegation of support staff
