Seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a middle school student with complex medical needs near Derry, NH. Starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 16, 2026, this contract position promises a consistent, weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm. Every workday begins by meeting the student at their home and riding the bus to and from school together, offering support throughout the day. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the student's health and supporting their academic journey, working closely with the school's SPED Teacher and related services team. Your expertise in pediatric care and ability to manage g-tube feedings, lifts (using a hoyer lift), and bathroom/toileting support will make a meaningful difference. You'll also have opportunities to reinforce academic activities by utilizing specialized supplies provided by the teaching team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active LPN or RN licensure required Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with g-tube care and usage of hoyer lifts Comfortable assisting with bathroom/toileting needs Able to collaborate with teachers and other school staff Patient, flexible, and responsive to student's unique needs Must be available for ESY (Extended School Year) and NSY (Non-School Year) employment if a good match Reliable transportation to and from student's home In this rewarding W2 contract role, you'll enjoy an hourly pay rate of $30
