Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions. Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care. Assist in the assessment of patients' physical and emotional needs through observation and interaction. Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge to enhance patient care practices. Requirements Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance. Proficiency in medical documentation practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
