What you bring:

Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of New Hampshire Previous experience in pediatric or school settings is strongly valued Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers Compassionate, attentive, and adaptable approach to student care Ability to monitor health needs and respond effectively in emergency situations Dependability and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality and documentation Key responsibilities: Provide direct, individualized medical care and supervision for a middle school student Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare plans Monitor students health status throughout the school day and maintain accurate records Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and school staff regarding student health matters Support student participation in educational and social activities whenever possible Uphold all policies and procedures related to student health and safety This position allows you to focus your clinical expertise on one student, fostering an environment of trust and support.
