Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients while working closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care according to patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist patients with activities of daily living and other care needs. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Current and active LPN/LVN license . BLS by AHA Previous healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
