Job Description

Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care nursing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional who is dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive senior living environment. The LPN will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This is a part-time position with hours of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies Monitoring residents' health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being Administering medications and treatments as ordered Responding appropriately to changes in condition and emergency situations Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Following health, safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Maintaining confidentiality and upholding nursing best practices Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and nursing team
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire Successful completion of LPN program Previous nursing experience preferred Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Knowledge of emergency care and health and safety guidelines PointClickCare experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, compassionate, dependable, and able to handle stress At Fairview Senior Living, we are looking for someone who brings skill, patience, and heart to each shift. Pay:
$26.50 - $36.00 per hour
