The Elms Center, a reputable skilled nursing facility in Milford, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team! As an LPN at The Elms Center, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Role:
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by healthcare providers Monitor patient progress and document conditions Assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment Experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
