You will:

Provide individualized nursing care that supports residents' medical needs, comfort, and dignity. Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans in collaboration with supervisors and attending physicians. Guide and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit. Deliver care in accordance with Catholic Charities NH policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations. Requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. A current LPN license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. Long-term care experience preferred.
