$34.00-$45.00 per hour Join a Patient-Focused Healthcare Team We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Office Nurse (RN or LPN) to join a busy outpatient medical practice. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the clinical care team to deliver exceptional patient care while supporting efficient daily practice operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, working in a collaborative environment, and providing high-quality clinical care in an ambulatory setting. ResponsibilitiesDirect Patient Care Obtain and accurately document patient histories, chief complaints, and vital signs in the electronic medical record (EMR). Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during office visits and procedures.

Perform clinical procedures including:

EKGs Phlebotomy Rapid strep testing Pregnancy testing INR testing Influenza swabs Other CLIA-waived testing as appropriate Assist with minor office procedures including suturing, dressing changes, catheterizations, Pap smears, skin lesion excisions, and casting. Administer medications and immunizations as directed. Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, diet, exercise, and preventive care. Conduct telephone triage and provide timely, accurate clinical documentation. Process prescription refills in accordance with established policies. Clinical Support Provide clinical support to physicians and advanced practice providers. Prepare examination rooms, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Handle specimens for laboratory processing. Review reports and diagnostic studies with providers. Communicate test results and follow-up recommendations to patients. Help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the practice. Support quality improvement initiatives and patient care goals. Mentor and provide clinical guidance to Medical Assistants as appropriate. Office Coordination Schedule patient appointments, referrals, diagnostic testing, and specialty consultations. Process referrals, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications. Answer patient phone calls and assist with general office coordination. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Supply & Medication Management Maintain inventory of medical supplies, medications, and vaccines. Ensure emergency equipment is operational and properly maintained. Clean and sterilize equipment according to established procedures. Maintain compliance with safety standards for hazardous materials. Ensure vaccines are stored and administered according to state and federal guidelines. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program. Current New Hampshire RN or LPN license . Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
