Adult Day Center of Somerset County is seeking a Nurse

• LPN or RN Experience being part of a compassionate community of acceptance, and help improve the quality of life for the older adults and their caregivers.

We are a busy non-profit Adult Day Center that serves vulnerable seniors, adults living with a disability or a dementia-related illness, and provides support and education for their caregiving families. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Ø On-going monitoring of participants' health Ø Monthly weight and blood pressure checks Ø Administering medications Ø Assisting participants with personal care Ø Writing progress notes and assessments Applicants must be patient, compassionate, caring and hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Candidates should also have a sincere desire to work with the elderly and disabled, and people with a dementia. A current LPN license is required. The Center is open Monday through Friday.

NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS.
