Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Your expertise will support patient recovery, comfort, and well-being through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and personalized care plans. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders and established protocols. Assist with medical procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, wound suturing, and sterile specimen collection. Monitor patients' conditions closely, recognizing signs of acute pain or deterioration and escalating concerns promptly. Maintain detailed medical documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. Skills Proven experience working with diverse patients including individuals with disabilities. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations including airway management and acute pain management scenarios. $29.75 - $33.95 per hour
