Job Description

Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving seniors, administering medications safely, and delivering high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.

$37/hr•$39/hr
Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) For more than 30 years, this Senior Living Facility has been dedicated to championing quality of life for seniors. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely. Document medication administration and resident care in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while supporting Sunrise's mission to champion quality of life for seniors. Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team. Promote the highest standards of quality care and resident safety. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and Sunrise Senior Living policies and procedures. Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the applicable state. Maintain all required state licenses and certifications. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced or challenging situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional resident care. Commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of six (6) months of nursing or caregiving experience in one or more of the following settings: Assisted Living Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care Hospital Home Health Independent Living Previous experience working with older adults preferred. Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
