Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing other clinical tasks as needed Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient information accurately and thoroughly Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans Provide emotional support and education
Requirements:
LPN certification in the state of New Jersey
REQUIRED 1
year of experience in a behavioral health setting - preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
