Location:
North Haledon, NJ We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a reputable long-term care team in North Haledon, NJ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for LPNs who value stability, teamwork, and providing excellent resident-centered care.
Schedule:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Full time, Part time or
Per Diem Every Other Weekend Required Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans Monitor and document changes in resident conditions Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards Support residents with professionalism, patience, and compassion
Qualifications:
Active New Jersey LPN License Previous long-term care, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and assessment skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
