The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Tinton Falls, NJ for the 2026-2027 school year ! This is a full-time building support role providing a local K-12 district with nursing services. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Active LPN license in New Jersey Current
BLS CPR/AED
certification Pediatric and private duty nursing experience School based experienced preferred
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist building nurses with screenings and documentation review Provide first aid care and daily medication management Rotate through classrooms or buildings to administer medications, tube feedings, diabetic care, and other student health needs Serve as a private duty nurse (PDN) for students with medical needs such as diabetes management, seizure management, or G-tube feedings
