Part-Time - Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN 7am - 7:30pm (48 hours Bi-Weekly) | Assisted Living | Medford, NJ $28.50/hr - $33.49/hr (based on experience)$2 Weekend Differential

•Must have a current LPN License valid for the state of New Jersey and CPR Certified. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) oversees resident care in our Assisted Living Nursing Units and Sub-Acute Rehab Facility, following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical standards, collaborating with other disciplines for effective resident care, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, the LPN contributes to the delivery of quality nursing care and demonstrates positive resident outcomes in our Assisted Living Nursing Units and Sub-Acute Rehab Facility.
