We're looking for a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to join our overnight team and provide high-quality nursing care during the overnight hours. Overnight Shift 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Overnight nursing provides an important layer of clinical support, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve throughout the night and into the morning. As an Overnight Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll: Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed. Monitor individuals throughout the overnight shift and respond appropriately to changes in health or condition. Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care. Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed. Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

Compensation:

Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00-$38.00/hour Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.
