Partial Care Relief Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a qualified Partial Care Relief Nurse to provide coverage within our Partial Care Program on an as-needed basis. This position is responsible for covering staff absences and ensuring continuity of high-quality consumer care. The Relief Nurse serves as a valuable clinical resource to consumers and agency staff by providing support and guidance on health-related matters, including self-care practices, medication monitoring and management, community health education, wellness initiatives, and overall health promotion. The nurse works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes the Medical Director, Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs), psychiatric and medical staff, and other agency personnel to support a therapeutic environment and promote positive consumer outcomes. Qualifications Current New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Experience working in a behavioral health, mental health, or psychiatric setting preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to promoting consumer health, wellness, and recovery.
