Job Description

LPN Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Participate in educational programs and in-service training to maintain current knowledge and skills Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and a positive, patient-centered attitude
