Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current and active New Jersey LPN license required Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not mandatory Strong clinical skills including tube feeding and catheterization Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and communicate effectively with students, families, and educators Up-to-date on vaccination and fingerprinting requirements for school employment

Role Responsibilities:

Provide daily tube feeding and catheterization for students as needed Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures, observations, and care provided Support student health, safety, and comfort throughout the school day Communicate with parents, caregivers, and teaching staff regarding student care plans Adhere to all district policies and maintain confidentiality Participate in ongoing training and professional development as offered

Schedule & Work Environment:
