Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match Job Title Duties (include but not limited to): Receiving Orders from Providers and Enrolling Patients in REMS Obtaining Patient Insurance Authorization for Spravato Treatment Maintaining Patient Treatment log and Inventory Control Logs Patient Supervision during Administration Patient Monitoring and vital signs assessment during treatment All tasks that are part of Spravato Program Protocol Performing tasks as needed by prescribing provider and associated practitioners Provide patient education regarding Spravato treatment protocols and aftercare Meticulous and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with treatment planning and patient support. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned to support behavioral health programs.

Maintain Licensure or Certification:

Active NJ LPN license Current BLS certification required.

Required Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required. Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience' psychiatry or behavioral health strongly preferred. Keen clinical observation, judgment and action Spravato/ketamine administration experience a big plus. Highly proficient with EMRs; working knowledge of Athena EMR a plus. Excellent scribing and documentation skills required Ability to connect with patients. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
