Duration :

6 Months of contract with possible extension.

Shift Time:

5x8 Day, Evenings and Nights Available (40 hrs/weekly)- Alternate weekends and Holidays are required.

Requirements :

Must have a minimum of 1+ years of LPN-Long Term Care (LTC) experience.

BLS Certifications & Licenses:

LPN NJ State License Required. BLS required.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed. Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments. Supervise and assist CNAs with resident care activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.

Pay:

$1,800.00 - $2,140.00 per week
