Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories, ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health record systems. Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, following established protocols and physician orders. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while managing medical records and documentation. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and health coaching strategies tailored to individual needs. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR. Experience working with geriatric populations or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to educate patients effectively about their health conditions.
