As a 7-3 LPN/RN on our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients in a state-of-the-art facility. Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of compassionate care to our patients and their families, and we are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to join our team. About the
Role:
As a 7-3 LPN/RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to our patients. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be an integral part of our patient-centered care team, working collaboratively with our rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Perform vital signs and monitor patient conditions Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Document patient information and progress in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
