Licensed Practical NurseWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition. Assist with wound care, patient assessments, and other nursing procedures. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state. BLS certification as required. Previous healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
