$1200/week) Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by administering medications, injections, and IV infusions while adhering to safety protocols and physician orders. Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and monitoring of symptoms to inform care plans. Assist with complex medical procedures such as catheterization, wound suturing, and airway management to support resident health needs. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of post-acute or hospice care services. Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavioral health strategies. Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the facility.

$30.00 - $46.00 per hour
