Job Overview Provide nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. Support patient recovery, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with charge nurse duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to acute inpatient rehabilitation patients. Administer medications and perform patient assessments and documentation. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals throughout the stay. Assist with charge nurse responsibilities when needed.

Required Qualifications:

1.5 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience required Active New Mexico LVN/LPN license.

AHA-BLS LN01
