Accepted We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN

• Rehabilitation for a 13-week travel assignment in Rio Rancho, NM.

Job Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs and changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Assist patients with activities of daily living and support their rehabilitation goals. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, and care plans. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Promote patient comfort, safety, and quality of care throughout the rehabilitation process. Requirements Minimum 1.5 years of LVN/LPN experience

• Required Previous travel experience
• Required Active New Mexico (NM) LPN License
• Required Proof of active NM LPN license must be provided at the time of submission. Current BLS Certification
• Required ACLS Certification
• Preferred ACLS is required if working in a Charge Nurse role .

Willingness to work night shifts and every other weekend . Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Local candidates are accepted.
