Starting at $50.00 per hour Join a Team That Makes a Difference NextDoor HomeHealth is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to provide skilled in-home nursing care for Department of Labor (EEOICPA) beneficiaries. Our patients are former nuclear workers who deserve personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with your patients, working independently, and having a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and reassessments Develop and update individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Perform medication reviews and patient education Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team Collaborate with caregivers and agency staff to ensure quality care Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Participate in case conferences as needed Qualifications Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum one year of nursing experience Home health experience preferred, but not required Experience with Department of Labor (EEOICPA) or Medicare is a plus Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel to patient homes in Espanola, Santa Cruz, Velarde, Nambe, and surrounding Northern New Mexico communities Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently Why Join NextDoor HomeHealth? ✔ Flexible scheduling based on your availability ✔ One-on-one patient care ✔ Supportive and responsive administrative team ✔ Minimal office meetings ✔ Meaningful work serving former nuclear workers through the Department of Labor Program ✔ Growing agency with continued expansion throughout
