Job Description

- Santa Fe,NM
- Local Pay: $48.00/hour
- Travel Package:
- Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $23.
00 Stipend (Lodging $672.00 + M&I $413.00) = $1085.00
Total Comp :
$1,913.00
- Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

- Shift Details:
- + Days, 3x12, 36hrs/week
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
+ Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
+ Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
+ Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
+ Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
+ Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
+ Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
+ Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- + Current, valid, and unrestrictedNM license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Minimum of one (1) year/sof recent experience as an LPN
+ A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
+ Active BLS
+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
BLS, N95
fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
