Job Description Embark on a journey of freshness and orderliness as an Overnight Public Area Attendant , where your attention to detail ensures that all public spaces remain spotless, safe, and welcoming while the world sleeps. Your work behind the scenes helps set the stage for a flawless guest experience each new day. In this overnight role, you will take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all public areas during nighttime hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest-facing areas throughout the overnight shift. Perform deep cleaning tasks during low-traffic hours to ensure all areas are refreshed and ready for morning operations. Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning supplies and amenities to maintain continuous readiness and efficiency. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address any cleaning, repair, or safety-related issues that arise overnight. Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment at all times. Conduct routine walkthroughs of assigned areas to proactively identify and resolve cleanliness or maintenance concerns before guests arrive. This role is essential in ensuring the property is immaculate, peaceful, and fully prepared for a new day of exceptional guest experiences.
