Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mountain View Care Center, you will provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of an RN or physician. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each guest receives compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with their individual care plans and all applicable healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner Assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents

Requirements:

Current LPN license in good standing Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
