Responsibilities include:

Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Support and guide CNAs in providing resident care Respond to resident needs and changes in condition Follow infection-control and safety procedures Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Help create a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff What We're Looking For Current Nevada LPN license in good standing Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and professional Ability to prioritize resident needs in a fast-paced environment Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is welcomed, but qualified LPNs from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply Ready to Join Us?
