Key Qualifications:
Current LPN or LVN licensure in good standing Active CPR/BLS certification Previous experience providing care for trach-dependent patients is highly valued Familiarity with pediatric or school-based nursing preferred Ability to complete a district background check and drug screening (10-panel) Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and compassionate care
Role Highlights:
Deliver direct, individualized nursing support for an elementary-aged student in a school setting Monitor, assess, and attend to the medical needs of a trach-dependent student during school hours Collaborate with school staff and communicate with parents or guardians as needed Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and nursing standards Work exclusively on one campus, fostering continuity of care
