Patient Details:

Patient is a sweet 11-year-old female with cerebral palsy (spastic quadriplegia), seizures, and developmental delays. She is legally blind, non-verbal (but vocalizes), non-ambulatory, and does not sit up independently. She eats by mouth and receives supplemental GT feeds. Seizure rescue medications are available.

DAYS:

School Only Monday Friday 8am 3pm

Payrates:

$27 - $41/hour
