The position is for the following day(s) and hour(s) : Monday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Tuesday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Wednesday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Thursday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Friday from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM We are a busy, patient-centered primary care practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Position Summary The LPN will play a key role in supporting providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits and procedures; injections Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, updating patient histories, perform EKGs, medication reconciliation, and administering injections Handle specimen collection, labeling, and preparation for laboratory submission Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control standards Review test results with patients Do Prior authorizations Manage clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring rooms are stocked and well-organized Document all care accurately and promptly in the EMR Adhere to strict HIPAA standards
