5 days per week, including every other weekend Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) opportunity in Groton, New York . The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home setting while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support resident care. Follow established nursing procedures, safety standards, and facility policies. Prioritize care effectively while managing multiple residents. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents and their families. Requirements Active LPN license Ability to work 40 hours per week Availability for every other weekend Ability to work the evening shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Long-term care/nursing home experience preferred
Pay:
$1,600.00 - $1,900.00 per week
