We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our practice in Lake Grove, NY. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Practice while also supporting front-office operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments and an excellent experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Practice Perform clerical duties and act as receptionist as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure coordinated patient care Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines Answer phones and interact with patients using professional phone etiquette

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State #

$28.62 - $35.74 per hour
