$25.50/hr CWS Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Montour Falls, NY. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate nurses with Long Term Care experience who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician. Perform wound care and assist with activities of daily living. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments. Job Requirements Active New York State LPN License BLS Certification Required Minimum 2 Years of Recent LPN Experience Long Term Care experience preferred Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
