Description Pay Rate:
$35+/hr Evenings (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend and 4 shifts a week required We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team providing quality patient care in a supportive environment. This is for a Long Term Care home in Mt. Morris. Requirements
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
  • Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures
  • Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions
