Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a per diem. As a member of our healthcare family, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a per diem capacity, offering flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities Assist with vital signs, weight, and bathings as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans, under the supervision of licensed nurses Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Participate in resident assessments, including vital signs, weight, and other relevant data
Requirements:
Current LPN High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
