Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active New York LPN/LVN License (Required) Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience Current BLS Certification Experience caring for geriatric and dementia patients preferred Must be willing to float to different units ( No Exceptions ) Ability to work every other weekend Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills Roles & Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting. Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions. Assist residents with daily nursing needs while maintaining safety and dignity. Accurately document patient care and communicate changes with the healthcare team. Float to assigned units as needed to support patient care and staffing requirements. Bonus & Benefits +

Salary Pay:
