Angels on Call Homecare is a premier licensed home care services agency based in Peekskill, NY, serving communities throughout New York State, including Bronx, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care services within our community-based per diem placements. Candidates must hold a valid New York State LPN license. These are one-on-one assignments with individuals in the community who require professional nursing support across a range of settings. Services may include direct patient care, medication administration and management, facility support, injections, and other skilled nursing tasks tailored to client needs. Per diem assignments offer flexibility, allowing clinicians to select shifts based on availability and decline cases when needed.
