Key Responsibilities Direct Resident Care:
Deliver basic treatments, including wound dressings, catheterizations, and routine health checks.
Medication Management:
Administer prescribed medications accurately while meticulously charting times and dosages.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Observe residents closely, record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, height, and weight), and chart or report any changes in condition or response to treatments.
Patient Advocacy:
Promptly answer call lights to assess and provide attentive assistance.
Compassionate Support:
Offer warm, respectful, and dignified care to all residents.
Pay:
Up to $38.00 per hour
