Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC license (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexible and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver mandated speech services (~6 hours/week, with potential to expand to 10-12 hours/week for evaluations, meetings, etc.) Serve middle school students, supporting individualized education plans Be on-site two consecutive mornings weekly (7:45-11:00 am) Collaborate with school staff and participate in planning and evaluation meetings Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
