$43 to $47/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to adult and geriatric residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Responsibilities Provide nursing care according to resident care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice. Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, positioning, and other resident care needs. Support resident safety, comfort, dignity, and rights. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and nursing staff. Complete required documentation accurately. Follow infection-control and safety procedures. Requirements Active New York LPN License required BLS certification - AHA or RQI specifically Minimum 1 year of LPN experience High School Diploma or GED required Long-Term Care experience preferred Must be available to work holidays as required

Pay:

$40.00 - $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
