WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing top-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents recovering in a long-term care facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately. Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Requirements Current and valid New York State LPN license. Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team. BLS certification required.
